What a great time The Big Leeboski had last night at the Coomodore Ballroom in Vancouver.
Went and saw an AC/DC tribute band, THUNDERSTRUCK and they brought the house down.
Opening for them was UNKNOWN SOLDIERS, a Doors tribute band, and they were very impressive.
Both band had the sound down. I was impressed. I've never been much for tribute bands, but I am re-evaluating my opinion. This was just flat out good rock n' roll. Raj and I had a blast.
And the Commodore is a great venue. a very old building with a lot of dank. I love the dank. And it also has my vote for stickiest floor of any venue I have been to as well. There were times I felt like I walking in bubble gum.
All in all, just a rockin' good time and a great capper to my BC trip this year.
